## SEC. 581 INTERSTATE COMPACTS FOR PORTABILITY OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES OF MILITARY SPOUSES: PERMANENT AUTHORITY ###

(a)In General Section 1784(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (5). ###

(b)Effective Date The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall take effect as if enacted immediately following the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116–92), to which such amendment relates.
