## SEC. 566 CONSOLIDATION OF MILITARY JUSTICE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MILITARY DEPARTMENTS ###
(a)Annual Reports Section 946a(b) of title 10, United States Code (article 146a(b) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(2)through
(5)as paragraphs
(3)through (6), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after paragraph (1), the following new paragraph: > > #### “(2) > > Data on the number and status of completed cases, including— > > > ##### “(A) > > information on race, ethnicity, rank, and sex demographic for the victim and the accused; > > > ##### “(B) > > the enumerated offenses preferred and referred; > > > ##### “(C) > > the types of court-martial; and > > > ##### “(D) > > the results for each case, including cases that resulted in nonjudicial punishment or administrative separation.” > . ###
(b)Repeal of Duplicative Military Justice Reporting Requirements ####
(1)Title 10, United States Code Section 486 of title 10, United Sates Code, is repealed. ####
(2)John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 Section 547 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115–232; 10 U.S.C. 1561 note) is repealed.
