## SEC. 431 ANNUAL DEFENSE MANPOWER PROFILE REPORT: EXPANSION OF JUSTIFICATIONS FOR END STRENGTHS Section 115a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “Congress” and inserting “the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and furnish to any Member of Congress upon request,”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)by inserting “(1)” before “The Secretary”; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(2) > > The justification and explanation required by paragraph
