## SEC. 3536 BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPYARD MODERNIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Section 53733 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(f) Buy America > > Part I of subtitle A of title IX of division G of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 41 U.S.C. 8301 note) shall apply to any funds obligated by the Administrator under this section.” > .
