## SEC. 335 AUTHORITY FOR GOVERNMENT-OWNED, GOVERNMENT-OPERATED FACILITIES TO ACCESS PRODUCTION BASE SUPPORT FUNDS Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations providing that Government-owned, Government-operated facilities are eligible to receive production base support funding from the Army.
