## SEC. 319 PROHIBITION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATION RELATING TO MINIMIZING RISK OF CLIMATE CHANGE None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2025 may be used to finalize or implement any rule based on the advanced notice of proposed rulemaking titled “Federal Acquisition Regulation: Minimizing the Risk of Climate Change in Federal Acquisitions” (October 15, 2021; 86 Fed. Reg. 57404).
