## SEC. 3114 AUTHORIZATION FOR MODIFICATION OF B61-13 NUCLEAR WEAPON The Secretary of Energy, acting through the Administrator for Nuclear Security, is authorized to carry out such efforts as required to modify or develop the B61-13 nuclear weapon.
