## SEC. 2854 LAND CONVEYANCE, RIVERDALE PARK, MARYLAND ###
(a)Conveyance Authorized The Secretary of the Army may convey, without consideration, to the town of Riverdale Park, Maryland, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property described in subsection (b), for the purposes of— ####
(1)creating a new municipal and community center; and ####
(2)replacing impervious surfaces. ###
(b)Property The property to be conveyed under this section consists of approximately 6.63 acres of real property, including improvements on such real property, located at 6601 Baltimore Avenue, Riverdale Park, Maryland. ###
(c)Reversionary Interest ####
(1)In general If the Secretary determines at any time that the real property conveyed under subsection
(a)is not being used in accordance with the purpose specified in such subsection, all right, title, and interest in and to the property shall revert, at the discretion of the Secretary, to the United States. ####
(2)Determination A determination by the Secretary under paragraph
(1)shall be made on the record after an opportunity for a hearing.
