## SEC. 2845 INCLUSION OF TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS IN INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT AGREEMENTS FOR INSTALLATION-SUPPORT SERVICES Section 2679 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “State or local government” each place it appears and inserting “State, local, or tribal government”.
