## SEC. 2808 EXTENSION OF PROHIBITION ON JOINT USE OF HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE WITH CIVIL AVIATION Section 2874 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division B of Public Law 117–263; 136 Stat. 3014) is amended by striking “September 30, 2026” and inserting “September 30, 2028”.
