## SEC. 1704 EXCLUSION OF OCEANOGRAPHIC RESEARCH VESSELS FROM CERTAIN SOURCING REQUIREMENTS Section 70912(5)(C) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is amended by inserting “(except vessels which are oceanographic research vessels operated by academic institutions)” after “facilities”.
