## SEC. 1647 PLAN FOR COMPREHENSIVE BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE RADAR COVERAGE OF GUAM Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command, in coordination with the Secretary of the Army, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, and the Director of the Missile Defense Agency, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan, including an implementation schedule, for— ####
(1)providing simultaneous radar coverage of ballistic missile threats against Guam from the People’s Republic of China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea; and ####
(2)enabling the effective engagement of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense interceptors against incoming ballistic missile attacks on Guam, as required.
