## SEC. 1645 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM GOVERNANCE DOCUMENTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2025 for the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering for travel, not more than 90 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which such Under Secretary submits to the congressional defense committees a certification that a notification to repeal, replace, or supersede the Directive-type Memorandum 20–002 has been submitted— ####
(1)in accordance with section 205(b) of title 10, United States Code; and ####
(2)pursuant to section 1667 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 10 U.S.C. 205 note).
