## SEC. 1611 EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AS SECURITY FOR INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION ACTIVITIES Section 431 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “December 31, 2024” and inserting “December 31, 2028”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b), by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following new paragraph: > > #### “(1) > > > #####
