## SEC. 1209 TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO MILITARY FORCES OR NATIONAL SECURITY FORCES OF COSTA RICA AND PANAMA In conducting training with friendly foreign countries under section 321 of title 10, United States Code, notwithstanding subsection (a)(2) of that section, beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2030, the general purpose forces of the United States Armed Forces may train with the military forces or national security forces of the following countries: ####
(1)Costa Rica. ####
(2)Panama.
