## SEC. 1205 EXTENSION OF MODIFICATION TO AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS ###
(a)In General Section 1205 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263; 136 Stat. 2830) is amended by striking “ such section 331 ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “such section 331— > > > #### “(1) > > in each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 may not exceed $950,000,000; and > > > #### “(2) > > in each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026 may not exceed $750,000,000.” > . ###
(b)Modification to Annual Report Section 386(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: ####
(1)In paragraph (2)— #####
(A)by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(H)as subparagraphs
(B)through (I), respectively; and #####
(B)by inserting before subparagraph (B), as so redesignated, the following: > > ##### “(A) > > With respect to section 331 of this title, the value of all logistic support, supplies, and services for which notice is required by such section.” > . ####
(2)In paragraph (3)— #####
(A)by redesignating subparagraphs
(B)through
(J)as subparagraphs
(C)through (K), respectively; and #####
(B)by inserting after paragraph
(A)the following: > > ##### “(B) > > The number of new programs carried out during the period of the report that required notice under section 331 of this title.” > .
