## SEC. 1113 MODIFICATION OF PILOT PROGRAM ON DYNAMIC SHAPING OF THE WORKFORCE TO IMPROVE THE TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERTISE AT CERTAIN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE LABORATORIES Section 1109 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (10 U.S.C. 4091 note prec.; Public Law 114–92) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)— #####

(i)by inserting “or 8414” before “of title 5”; and ######
(ii)by striking “or 3522” and inserting “or 8414(b)(1)(B)”; and #####
(B)in paragraph (4), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “section 8414(b)(1)(B) of title 5, United States Code, without regard to clause
(iv)or
(v)of such section or section 3522 of such title” and inserting “section 3522 of title 5, United States Code”; and ####
(2)in subsection (c), by striking “section 4121(b)” and inserting “subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 4121”.
