## SEC. 1081 INTRODUCTION OF ENTITIES IN TRANSACTIONS CRITICAL TO NATIONAL SECURITY Section 1047 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended by striking “may facilitate the introduction” and inserting “shall facilitate the introduction”.
