## SEC. 1062 MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF REQUIREMENT FOR COMBATANT COMMAND RISK ASSESSMENT FOR AIRBORNE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE Section 1061 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117–263) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)by inserting “, cancel,” after “retire”; and #####
(B)by inserting “, cancellation,” after “retirement”; and ####
(2)in subsection (d), by striking “the date that is five years after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “December 31, 2032”.
