## SEC. 19 DISCLOSURE RELATING TO PAYMENT STABLECOINS Section 13104(a)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended, in the first sentence, by striking “, or any deposits” and inserting “, any payment stablecoins issued by a permitted payment stablecoin issuer aggregating $5,000 or less held, or any deposits”.
