## SEC. 1804 ###

(a)Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for “Department of Health and Human Services—Indian Health Service—Indian Health Facilities” shall be— ####

(1)$3,920,000 for amounts in the first appropriation in the matter preceding the first proviso under such heading; and ####

(2)$289,306,000 for Sanitation Facilities Construction and Health Care Facilities Construction: *Provided*, That amounts included in the fourth proviso under such heading in division E of Public Law 118-42 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by substituting “$0” for “$17,023,000”. ###

(b)In addition to amounts otherwise made available in section 1112, $3,920,000 is appropriated for “Department of Health and Human Services—Indian Health Service—Indian Health Facilities”, which shall become available on October 1, 2025, and remain available until expended.
