## SEC. 1702 **[**[14 U.S.C. 561 note](/us/usc/t14/s561)**]** Section 11223(b)(2) of the Don Young Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2022 (division K of Public Law 117-263) is amended by striking “shall apply” and inserting “shall not apply”.
