## SEC. 2245 NORTHERN BORDER REGIONAL COMMISSION AREA Section 15733 of title 40, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1), by inserting “Lincoln,” after “Knox,”; ####

(2)in paragraph (2), by inserting “Merrimack,” after “Grafton,”; and ####

(3)in paragraph (3)— #####
