## SEC. 1402 SPECIAL RULE The Secretary is authorized to provide up to $320,000,000 in financial assistance to the State of Florida for design and construction of the North Feeder Stormwater Treatment Area, as recommended in the Report of the Chief of Engineers for the project for ecosystem restoration, Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan, Western Everglades Restoration Plan, Florida, authorized by this Act, and subject to the availability of appropriations.
