## SEC. 1373 SENSE OF CONGRESS RELATING TO MISSOURI RIVER PRIORITIES It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary should make publicly available, where appropriate, any data used and any decisions made by the Corps of Engineers relating to the operations of civil works projects within the Missouri River Basin in order to ensure transparency for the communities in that Basin. # TITLE IV WATER RESOURCES INFRASTRUCTURE
