## SEC. 1365 MAINTENANCE OF PILE DIKE SYSTEM The Secretary shall continue to maintain the pile dike system constructed by the Corps of Engineers for the purpose of navigation along the Lower Columbia River and Willamette River, Washington, at Federal expense.
