## SEC. 1328 MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL, PORT LAVACA, TEXAS The Federal share of the costs of the planning, design, and construction for the corrective action recommended in the report titled “Matagorda Ship Channel Project Deficiency Report (Entrance to Matagorda Ship Channel)” and published by the Secretary in June 2020 for the project for navigation, Matagorda Ship Channel, Port Lavaca, Texas, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 (72 Stat. 298), shall be 90 percent.
