## SEC. 1305 ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE PILOT PROGRAM **[**[33 U.S.C. 2201 note](/us/usc/t33/s2201)**]** ###
(a)In General Notwithstanding subsection
(b)of section 219 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835) and subject to the availability of appropriations, in carrying out projects under that section benefitting an economically disadvantaged community (as defined by the Secretary under section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 2201 note)), the Secretary may increase the Federal share of the cost of those projects to not more than 90 percent. ###
(b)Limitation The total amount expended for an increased Federal share for all projects under subsection
(a)shall not exceed $10,000,000 for each fiscal year. ###
(c)Termination The authority provided by this section expires on the date that is 7 years after the date of enactment of this Act.
