## SEC. 216 ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY **[**[16 U.S.C. 8486](/us/usc/t16/s8486)**]** In carrying out this subtitle, the Secretary concerned may enter into partnerships, contracts, or agreements with other Federal, State, Tribal, local, or private entities, including existing outfitting and guiding services, to make assistive technology available on Federal recreational lands and waters.
