## SEC. 5101 COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION WHISTLEBLOWER PROGRAM ###
(a)In General Section 1(b) of Public Law 117-25 (135 Stat. 297; 136 Stat. 2133; 136 Stat. 5984) is amended, in paragraphs
(3)and (4), by striking “October 1, 2024” each place it appears and inserting “March 14, 2025”. ###
(b)Effective Date The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2024.
