## Sec. 14 authorization of appropriations ###
(a)There is authorized to be appropriated to provide supplementary unemployment insurance under section 10 of this Act not to exceed $5,000,000. ###
(b)There is authorized to be appropriated for new career training assistance under section 12 of this Act not to exceed $1,500,000. ###
(c)There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board to carry out its administrative expenses under this Act and the Rock Island Railroad Transition and Employee Assistance Act not to exceed $750,000. Effective October 1, 1980, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Board an additional $1,000,000 to carry out its administrative expenses under this Act and the Rock Island Railroad Transition and Employee Assistance Act. ###
(d)There are authorized to be appropriated $15,000,000 for purposes of providing transaction assistance in accordance with section 505(h)(1)
(A)and
(B)of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976. ###
(e)Amounts appropriated under this section are authorized to remain available until expended. **[**[45 U.S.C. 913](/us/usc/t45/s913)**]**
