## SEC. 413 REPORT TO CONGRESS ON AMTRAK BANKRUPTCY Within 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit a report identifying financial and other issues associated with an Amtrak bankruptcy to the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and to the United States House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The report shall include an analysis of the implications of such a bankruptcy on the Federal Government, Amtrak's creditors, and the Railroad Retirement System.
