## SEC. 856 DEFICIT REDUCTION It is the sense of the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives that reductions in outlays resulting from this title shall not be taken into account for purposes of section 252 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 902). ## Subtitle B Commodity Distribution Programs
