## SEC. 802 DEFINITION OF COUPON Section 3(d) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2012(d)) is amended by striking “or type of certificate” and inserting “type of certificate, authorization card, cash or check issued in lieu of a coupon, or access device, including an electronic benefit transfer card or personal identification number,”.
