## SEC. 723 SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM AUTHORIZATION ###

(a)Training and Technical Assistance in Food Preparation Section 4(e)(1)(B) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773(e)(1)(B)) is amended by striking the second sentence. ###

(b)Expansion of Program; Startup and Expansion Costs ####

(1)In general Section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773) is amended by striking subsections

(f)and (g). ####

(2)Effective date The amendments made by paragraph

(1)shall become effective on October 1, 1996.
