## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE This Act may be cited as the “Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness Act”. # TITLE I PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY SYSTEMS2 2References in this Act to “a individual with mental illness” probably should be “an individual with mental illness”.
