## SEC. 823 EXPANSION OF THE REGULATORY CONSISTENCY COMMUNICATIONS BOARD Section 224 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 44701 note) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (c)— #####
(A)in paragraph
(2)by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon; #####
(B)in paragraph
(3)by striking the period and inserting a semicolon; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(4) > > the Office of Airports; > > > #### “(5) > > the Office of Security and Hazardous Materials Safety; > > > #### “(6) > > the Office of Rulemaking and Regulatory Improvement; and > > > #### “(7) > > such other offices as the Administrator determines appropriate.” > ; and ####
