## SEC. 772 APPLICATION OF AMENDMENTS **[**[49 U.S.C. 47101 note](/us/usc/t49/s47101)**]** The amendments to the Airport Improvement Program apportionment and discretionary formulas under chapter 471 of title 49, United States Code, made by this Act (except as they relate to the extension of provisions or authorities expiring on May 10, 2024, or May 11, 2024) shall not apply in a fiscal year beginning before the date of enactment of this Act.
