## SEC. 751 MINORITY AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS PARTICIPATION Section 157(b)(2) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 47113 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(D) Publishing data > > The Secretary of Transportation shall report on a publicly accessible website the uniform report of DBE awards/commitments and payments specified in part 26 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, and the uniform report of ACDBE Participation for non-car rental and car rental concessions, for each airport sponsor beginning with fiscal year 2025.” > .
