## SEC. 705 RENEWAL OF CERTAIN LEASES Section 47107(t)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph
(A)by striking “the date of enactment of this subsection” and inserting “October 7, 2016”; and ####
(2)by striking subparagraph
(D)and inserting the following: > > ##### “(D) > > that— > > > ###### “(i) > > supports the operation of military aircraft by the Air Force or Air National Guard— > > > ###### “(I) > > at the airport; or > > > ###### “(II) > > remotely from the airport; or > > > ###### “(ii) > > is for the use of nonaeronautical land or facilities of the airport by the National Guard.” > .
