## SEC. 628 REQUIRED CONSULTATION WITH NATIONAL PARKS OVERFLIGHTS ADVISORY GROUP Section 40128(b)(4) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph
(C)by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in subparagraph
(D)by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(E) > > consult with the advisory group established under section 805 of the National Parks Air Tour Management Act of 2000 (49 U.S.C. 40128 note) and consider all advice, information, and recommendations provided by the advisory group to the Administrator and the Director.” > .
