## SEC. 618 CONSIDERATION OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ###

(a)Plans and Policy Section 44501 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection

(a)by striking “development and location of air navigation facilities” and inserting “development of air navigation facilities and services”; and ####

(2)in subsection (b)— #####

(A)by striking “and development” and inserting “procurement, and development” each place it appears; #####

(B)in paragraph

(1)by striking “facilities and equipment” and inserting “facilities, services, and equipment”; #####

(C)in paragraph (2)— ######

(i)in the matter preceding subparagraph

(A)by striking “first and 2d years” and inserting “first and second years”; and ######

(ii)in subparagraph

(C)by striking “subclauses

(A)and

(B)of this clause” and inserting “subparagraphs

(1)In general Section 44505 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— #####

(A)in the section heading by striking “and devices” and inserting “services, and devices”; #####

(B)in subsection

(a)by striking “and devices” and inserting “services, and devices” each place it appears; and #####

(C)in subsection

(b)by striking “develop dynamic simulation models” and inserting “develop or procure dynamic simulation models and tools” each place it appears. ####

(2)Clerical amendment The analysis for chapter 445 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 44505 and inserting the following:" “44505. Systems, procedures, facilities, services, and devices.” ".
