## SEC. 608 CONSIDERATION OF SMALL HUB CONTROL TOWERS In selecting projects for the replacement of federally owned air traffic control towers from funds made available under the heading “Federal Aviation Administration—Facilities and Equipment” in title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58), the Administrator shall consider selecting projects at small hub commercial service airports with control towers that are at least 50 years old.
