## SEC. 436 INTERFERENCE WITH SECURITY SCREENING PERSONNEL Section 46503 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “ An individual ” and inserting the following: > > ### “(a) In General > > An individual” > ; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(b) Airport and Air Carrier Employees > > For purposes of this section, an airport or air carrier employee who has security duties within the airport includes an airport or air carrier employee performing ticketing, check-in, baggage claim, or boarding functions.” > .
