## SEC. 312 TRANSPORT AIRPLANE AND PROPULSION CERTIFICATION MODERNIZATION **[**[49 U.S.C. 44704 note](/us/usc/t49/s44704)**]** Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall publish a notice of proposed rulemaking for the item titled “Transport Airplane and Propulsion Certification Modernization”, published in Fall 2022 in the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (RIN 2120-AL42).
