## SEC. 227 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FRANCHISE FUND Title I of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1997 (49 U.S.C. 40113 note) is amended under the heading “Administrative Services Franchise Fund” by striking “shall be paid in advance” and inserting “may be reimbursed after performance or paid in advance”.
