## SEC. 225 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON USE OF VOLUNTARY CONSENSUS STANDARDS It is the sense of Congress that the Administrator should make every effort to abide by the policies set forth in the circular of the Office of Management and Budget, titled “Federal Participation in the Development and Use of Voluntary Consensus Standards and Conformity Assessment Activities” (A-119).
