## SEC. 215 DEFINITION OF AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM Section 40102(a)(47) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph
(C)by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in subparagraph
(D)by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(E) > > systems, software, and hardware operated, owned, and maintained by third parties that support or directly provide air navigation information and air traffic management services with Administration approval.” > .
