## SEC. 1223 REVIEW OF NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SAFETY BOARD PROCUREMENTS Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall, pursuant to section 1138 of title 49, United States Code, submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report regarding the procurement and contracting planning, practices, and policies of the National Transportation Safety Board, including such planning, practices, and policies regarding sole-source contracts. # TITLE XIII REVENUE PROVISIONS
