## SEC. 1218 DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE **[**[49 U.S.C. 1111 note](/us/usc/t49/s1111)**]** Not later than 12 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the National Transportation Safety Board shall implement a drug testing program applicable to Board employees, including employees in safety or security sensitive positions, in accordance with Executive Order No. 12564 (51 Fed. Reg. 32889).
